All services over $50 will require a credit card to reserve the appointment. We request a 24 hour cancellation notice on all spa appointments. In the event that adequate cancellation notice is not provided, we will regretfully charge your credit card for half of the service amount.

We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment so that you may fill out client profiles. Late arrivals may require us to shorten the length of your service.

Medspa services are only performed on certain days of the week to accomodate Dr. Nichols' busy schedule. We appreciate your understanding and patience when scheduling your appointment at Genesis Medspa and Vein Specialists.
